Develop your team through roleplaying
Roleplaying has been proven to help develop problem solving, team building, strategic thinking, critical thinking and decision making. All important factors in a successful workplace. Add that to the studies that have shown that role playing has links to improved mental health,creativity, stress reduction and interpersonal relationships. Well we harness all those benefits into making our team buildng sessions, effective, engaging and above all, enjoyable.
The participating employees will take the role of a character in a specific mission, who has their own goal and the goal of the group to work towards. This style of roleplaying both helps the participants put themselves in the shoes of others, but encourages inter team collaboration, critical thinking and knowing when and what to delegate in a simulated stressful situation.
Legends in the making
The participants will take the role of various characters and play out their mission in a group, utilising their skill sets, which we will develop and nurture through the day, over a series of acts. After each act, we will discuss our successes, our areas for improvement and how we can use what we’ve learnt in the previous act to succeed in the next. At the end of the session, we will debrief and discuss, highlighting how the skills they’ve utilised can be implemented back in the work place.

Our participants take the roles of long disntance space haulage workers who’s journey is interrupted when they stumble across a ghost ship, floating in space.
Theyre mandated to investigate, but its up to them, how they survive.
Scifi, horror movie and alien themes present.

Our participants take the roles of colonial marines on a blizzard ridden colony moon, which is a hot bed for rebellion during a civil war, all whilst something gruesome, clicks and bumps in the night.
The company has their objectives, and its up to the marines to implement them, all whilst ensuring their own survival and the survival of mankind!

Our participants this time take on the roles of park testers for a new up and coming amusement park/exotic zoo, featuring, yes, you guessed it, DINOSAURS! But this time, it will work, surely.
We get the participants to work together to calm the various crises, and getting off the island.
